You can order directly through our website, call us at (719) 280-2341, or email your request to info@leahsalloccasionbaskets.com. Please allow extra time for consultation and creation of custom baskets.
We proudly deliver across Colorado Springs and the surrounding region. Please contact us for any additional fees for locations outside our regular delivery area.
For standard baskets, we recommend ordering 2-3 days in advance. For custom creations or during holiday seasons, please order 5-7 days ahead. Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability.
Absolutely! Every basket includes a complimentary handwritten note. Provide your message when you complete your online order.
Yes! As a widowed army wife, this is close to our hearts. All baskets priced at $65-$150 receive a 5% military discount. Any baskets over $155 receive 10% off.
Yes! We partner with COS-area artisans, bakers, and businesses whenever possible. Each basket supports local small businesses.
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the delivery date. Changes within 48 hours will be accommodated when possible. However, there is a $10.00 restocking fee.
Yes! We offer volume discounts for corporate orders of 10+ baskets. Contact us for a custom quote.
Our baskets range from $50 for petite options to $200+ for deluxe corporate and special occasion baskets. We do carry a mini basket option for $35. Please reach out for more details.
Definitely! We love creating personalized baskets, and it is our specialty. You can modify our standard designs or work with us to build something unique.
We offer gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, and other specialty baskets. Please specify any dietary needs when ordering.
Our most popular baskets are our coffee and tea-themed baskets.
We accept all major credit cards ($4.00 processing fee), CashApp, Venmo, Checks (with valid Driver's Licenses), and corporate purchase orders.
Local delivery fees are based on your zip code, and vary with distance and timing. Free pickup is available; details will be arranged privately after placing the order.
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're unhappy with your basket, don't hesitate to contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we'll make it right!

Ordering takes about two minutes. These are the eight things we need to know — have a rough answer to each and your basket is as good as made.

What is your budget?
Baskets start at $65 plus tax. Tell us roughly what you’d like to spend and Leah designs to it. No down payment required.

Premade or custom?
We can take the guesswork and hassle out of it entirely, or you can tell us exactly what you’d like to see inside.

What theme of basket?
What’s the occasion, and who is it for — yourself, a friend, family, a co-worker? Give us the deets.

What type of basket?
Wicker, wood, cloth, metal or plastic. Not sure? That’s okay — we’ll pick something that suits what’s going in it.

Open or cellophane wrapped?
We can leave your basket open, or happily wrap it in cellophane and finish it off with a bow.

A card with a special message?
Not a problem. Tell us what you’d like it to say and we’ll include your message free, up to 75 characters.

Delivery or pick up?
Delivery fees are based on your zip code. Pick up is always free. Delivery times vary.
